Local Tip: Reservations ($2/vehicle) are required to drive the Pikes Peak Highway to the summit from the Friday before Memorial Day through September 30. I also find the Pike’s Peak Cog Railway to be one of the most overrated attractions in Colorado.

General admission to the Pikes Peak summit is $15/adult or $50/carload from May 1-November 30.
